New Year’s Eve tips
Our NYE crew have partied long and hard at the Watermark New Year’s Eve party over a few years. The venue is a sensational location on the Docklands promenade boardwalk. It’s inside and outside and also has intimate upstairs section (usually VIP). This party normally sells out so make sure you get in early.
A few of the NYE concierge crew dropped past on a gorgeous Melbourne afternoon and sat in the outside area overlooking Victoria Harbour. Sipping a few drinks. Yes we had a couple. An El Diablo, Long Island Ice tea and Negroni. Gorgeous! And the staff are really friendly too!

Watermark is right on the south boardwalk of Victoria Harbour. A great venue that faces the water. Official address is Shop 9, 800 Bourke St., The Promenade, Docklands.

Docklands is full of accommodation apartment type ideas. Just make sure you get in early where you can for NYE accommodation. Great options for groups too.
Parking and drop off:
In NYE’s gone by the NYE crew have arrived at this event by water taxi. A very pleasant way to arrive for the Watermark New Years Eve party. Parking around the streets near Watermark can be a bit of a job. So give yourself plenty of time and even the stadium might be the go. If getting a limo drop off then the driver should be aware in advance of street closures.
